CCTV Control Room Supervisor

Salary : £24000 – £37000/annum Pension, hols
Our client have a fabulous opportunity for a CCTV Control Room Supervisor to join their Asset & Technology Solutions Team based in Derby.
As a CCTV Control Room Supervisor you will operate and maintain surveillance equipment (CCTV), observing both live and recorded video footage, making appropriate pro-active and reactive responses by reporting incidents or suspicious behaviour and where necessary contacting the appropriate authorities.
What you'll be doing
Some other key areas will include: –
* Manage and control CCTV rota/schedule to maintain 24/7 surveillance
* Review of downloaded surveillance footage, commencing investigation/escalating as required
* Maintain a close liaison with the Control Rooms, police personnel and CCTV partners in relation to any incidents.
* Supply extracts from CCTV recordings to support investigations and evidence in-line with security procedures.
* Provide guidance, support, and training to the CCTV operators
Who we're looking for
You will have the following:
* Previous experience in the operating and monitoring of CCTV cameras and equipment
* Strong work ethic with flexibility to work unsociable hours/nights and adapt to business needs
* Well-versed in private security operations, preferably within the construction industry
