An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Catering Supervisor/Chef to join the team in the College Restaurant and help provide catering services to both academic and commercial customers at Capel Manor College and Gardens in Enfield.

The successful candidate will have experience with menu planning, preparing and cooking daily meals, ordering supplies and adhering to health and safety regulations.  They will be experienced with front of house duties including providing excellent customer service, till operations, serving, cleaning and managing stock.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated and passionate about food. They will have experience working in and supervising a team and be able to work flexibly in line with business needs with at least one day on weekends between March and October.
