Simple Recruitment is acting on behalf of a prestigious client who are looking to recruit on multiple positions for General Assistants in Thatcham area. Ideal candidates would be passionate in providing great customer service and cleaning to a high standard, also enjoys high pace environment without the pressure of a commercial kitchen. We are looking to support our clients during term-time.
General Catering Assistants would be involved in the following duties:
· Serving food of the highest quality to the children and staff members over counter.
· Ensuring compliance with the labelling, temperature checking, allergen information etc.
· Communicating relevant information about ingredients, allergens etc. from the kitchen to the customers.
· Ensuring that the safe procedures of handling, serving, and storing food is followed at all times.
· Carrying out general cleaning duties.
· Helping out with the dishwashing.
Access to own transport is advantageous but not essential. Previous experience is desirable, but the training will provided for the right candidates with the right attitude and work ethics.
In return we are offering –
· £11.00 an hour; Predominantly Monday to Friday (Apply online only) but occasional weekend work might be available for interested candidates
