Criteria
* Knowledge of Health & Safety Legislation.
* Awareness of special dietary requirements and allergens.
* Knowledge of working with Learning Disabilities advantageous.
* Previous experience cooking, however, no formal training required.
Duties
The role of Catering Assistant is to ensure that preparation of meals are prepared and delivered in a timely manner. Whilst also maintaining the cleanliness of the catering area are to the relevant standards.
