As a caretaker, you'll play a pivotal role in the smooth functioning of our premises. Your responsibilities will include:
Safeguarding premises by locking and unlocking them during mornings and afternoons
Efficiently receiving and acknowledging deliveries
Collaborating in the replenishment of consumables
Coordinating with the cleaning team as necessary
Addressing inquiries from colleagues and team members promptly
Playing a key role as part of the fire warden teamWhat We're Looking For:
We need an individual who embodies reliability and trustworthiness. If you have:
Prior experience in facilities management, caretaking, or groundskeeping (Preferred)
Proficiency in basic DIY tasks (Desired)
An eagerness to acquire new skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
