Salary: £25,000 – £27,000 + Incentives

Contract: Full time, permanent, 40 – 45 hours per week

Are you an experienced Hospitality manager? Do you thrive in giving the best possible guest experience throughout their visit? Do you have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Hospitality led role at management level? If so, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!!

My client is a luxury Home & Lifestyle operator who are now opening up a brand-new Café concept within their unit and need an experienced, enthusiastic, positive and passionate Hospitality Manager to run this exciting new venue. You will need at least 2 years of experience in a similar Hospitality management position who thrives in delivering the best possible guest experience throughout their visit as well as an expert within Hospitality Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Making the Café a local “go-to destination”, synonymous to great food, great coffee and great service.
Managing the overall smooth day to day operation of the Lifestyle Store Café, by embedding our Cafe Brand Guidelines and operational standards into how the team operates, essential to quality assurance and consistency of customer experience.
Ensuring our customers’ needs are consistently met and ideally exceeded at all times, leaving them delighted and keen to return.
Building a stable team based around a culture that both compliments and enhances the feel of our brand, making our core values of Ethical, Eco-Friendly and Handmade evident in how your team thinks and behaves.
Driving Cafe sales to ensure all targets and KPI’s are met or exceeded at all times, ensuring all elements of P&L also fall inline.
Resolves customer complaints in line with the company guidelines, mirroring our ethical and honest approach to business.
Be our in-house Head Barista, creating and training the team on how to make amazing gourmet artisan coffee’s using locally roasted beans.
To help manage systems to achieve our F&B Gross Profit targets Ensure the Cafe is safe, legal and able to trade within the confines of the law, training all Café team members to a high standard.
