Responsibilities:

As a Business Development Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in driving sales, developing new business, and nurturing client relationships within the media sector. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Crafting and executing targeted sales campaigns in collaboration with business unit directors and marketing teams

* Cultivating and expanding client relationships through strategic business development initiatives

* Attending industry events, conducting outreach activities, and leveraging sales tools to drive growth

* Communicating the company's value propositions effectively through proposals and presentations

Requirements:

* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the media or professional services industry

* Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

* Familiarity with sales methodologies such as Challenger sales and SPIN sales

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

* Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically HubSpot

* Leadership experience and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively
