Breakfast Chef required for a high end Hotel and Restaurant, this Breakfast offering is a plated service breakfast, presented in a high end way and using great ingredients. The Breakfast chef will cook a great range of egg dishes, breakfast items and other tempting dishes for hotel guests to start the day right. Two contract options available depending on what the Breakfast chef would prefer: (op 1) 40 hours – £27,000, service charge around £2-2500 (29.5 package) OR (op 2) 48 hours – £32,400, service charge around £3-3500 (36k package)

The role
we are looking for a Breakfast chef at a chef de partie level who can manage a breakfast operation on your own. You will use your fresh food and rosette background to present the dishes in a stunning way, you will ensure the prep is all ready for breakfast, cook to order in service and after breakfast prep for the next day and support the main kitchen with prep and lunch service. Most days there are 2 breakfast chefs, this is more a support breakfast chef role. This role will include all the normal Breakfast Chef duties.

Experience
We are looking for a Breakfast chef who is either chef de partie level or a current breakfast chef, You will be at a Rosette level with good knife skills, use fresh food, with a passion for breakfast. This is not a large scale buffet breakfast, you will need a passion for this style of presentation BUT want the benefits of every night off.

* Live in @ £260 per month inc bills
