0300 hrs – 1130 hrs £14.00 p/h – £14.50 p/h
0400hrs – 1200hrs £14.00 p/h
0600hrs – 1400hrs £14.00 p/h
Shifts require you to cover a rotating 7-day rota.
Skylink bus will get you to East Midlands Airport from Derby, or you must have access to your own transport. Free parking is provided.

In return for this Chef De Partie role, we offer:
• £14.00 p/h – £16.00 p/hfor basic hours.
• £24.00 p/h enhanced rates (subject to shift pattern).

Your duties as a Chef De Partie will be:
• Preparing food ranging from breakfast snacks, pub style snacks to light European lunches and pizzas from a menu card.
• Assisting in the smooth running of the kitchen.
• Basic food preparation ready for service.
• Ensure hygiene standards within the production areas.
• Ensuring that the kitchen runs effectively, and meals are prepared on time and to the highest standards.
To be considered for this Chef De Partie role:
• You must have gained cooking experience within either a hotel, high street restaurant, pub, banqueting, contract catering or similar catering environment.
• You must have experience in cooking a European menu.
• Good understanding of meal prep and temperature controls.
• Be able to commute easily and reside within traveling distance of East Midlands Airport.
You will be required to provide a five-year checkable history and a criminal record check as part of the hiring process.
Criminal record check costs will be fully reimbursed.
