Who are you?

You are a team player:

You are clean, tidy, on time and raring to go. As the breakfast chef you understand the importance of a brilliant breakfast before a guest leaves us, if a guest wants something and we can do it then we always try to say yes. It’s our last chance to leave a great impression. When it comes to the team, everyone pitches in, so if you have 5 minutes you should always give them to someone who doesn’t.

You are organised:

There’s a lot going on, you need to get breakfast out either plated or buffet style. Keeping it fresh, topped up and making sure each rasher of bacon is as crispy and delicious as the last. You are preparing for tomorrow as you go and making notes about what stock levels so you can make sure you never run out of anything. You manage the morning deliveries, making sure everything is as it should be.

You are Committed & Curious:

For you it’s all about getting it right for the customer and your team, you pay attention when you are learning something new and ask questions when you are not sure. You are committed to your own professional development and want to go far (we can help with that).

What’s Essential?

* You should have at least 1 years’ cooking experience in any kind of establishment, café, restaurant, fast food or hotel.

* The Hotel is located in a beautiful area, but unfortunately that means you most likely need your own transport.

* Being a breakfast chef means early starts, and we operate seven days a week, so flexibility is key – you will be working 5 days out of 7.

* This will include working weekends and Christmas.
