Salary : £22000 – £25000/annum

Operating from the group’s Headquarters in Downe, on the outskirts of Orpington, Kent, our centralised Operations team consists of an Head Office Bookings team, HR/Recruitment, Accounts, Purchasing department, and is also complemented by the design team and sales & marketing department. Each team member and department head is tasked with clear goals and objectives creating a highly motivated dynamic team of people focused on supporting and understanding our customer’s needs.
New Bookings Team
Bookings Co-ordinator/s – Liverpool expansion
Due to recent Joint Venture and associated customer demand, we are now looking to recruit one additional full-time bookings co-ordinator to join us in our dedicated Insurance Bookings Team that has been set up in our Liverpool Regional Centre.
Ideally, candidates will have worked in an office environment previously and will be expected to carry out the following duties:
* Entering Customer Repair Bookings on our Computer System (Big Change) – full training will be given.
* Creating Invoices where appropriate
* Dealing with customers (policy holders) and the Company's SMART* Repair Technician Team daily on the telephone or by email
* Scheduling SMART Repair Technicians diaries to enable them to carry out our customers SMART Repair needs.
* Updating the system
* Dealing with email enquiries
* Scanning and filing documents.
*SMART = Small to Medium Repair Technique relates to small to medium sized paint or wheel repairs on our customers cars
Microsoft Office experience is essential.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
Hours: 9.00 am to 5.00pm.
