Salary : £28000 – £30000/annum tips

Are you a hands-on Assistant Manager or an experienced Supervisor ready for a new challenge?

THE JOB:

Day to day shift management
Development of the existing team
Deputising for the General Manager in their absence
Cashing up and opening duties
Hands on service support
IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Min. 1 years’ experience in an Assistant Manager role in a Pub or a Restaurant OR min. 2 years’ experience as a Supervisor in a high volume Pub or a Restaurant
Eager to learn and share own knowledge with the team
Possesses a real passion for great food and service
THE PACKAGE:

28-30K + tips (experience depending)
45h per week on a 5 over 7 pattern (no doubles!)
Meals on duty
