Assistant Installation Manager
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £24000 – £26000/annum
Chase Taylor Recruitment are currently working with a well-established window and door business based in Essex, who are looking to employ an Assistant Installation Manager.
Our client has been trading for many years and is growing year on year. They install upvc and aluminium windows and doors for the domestic homes of the surrounding areas in Essex.
The right candidate will have experience working within a window and door company and will be assisting with the administration for the installation manager.
The role:
* Inputting new contracts onto database and keeping it up to date
* Returned supplier order confirmations checked against survey and costings
* Organise deliveries with suppliers
* Confirm installation dates with customers
* Send weekly fit list to relevant persons
* Deliveries for next weeks installations checked
* All parts for next weeks jobs checked (trims, timber, special glass etc)
* Chase for customer payment at end of installation
* Managing branch deliveries and stock control
The candidate:
* Have a current or recent experience working within a window and door environment
* Excellent telephone and communication skills
* Be computer literate, experience using Microsoft package
* Be a team player and be able to communicate with colleagues at all levels
* Must currently reside in the UK
