A dynamic Architecture studio with a fantastic reputation for creating beautifully bespoke homes seeks a design orientated Architectural Assistant (Part 2) to join their highly talented team in London….

This boutique RIBA Chartered practice has been established for over a decade now and have amassed a portfolio that boasts an array of aesthetically outstanding, high-end residential projects; each with their own unique style and character. The state of the art office building is in a beautiful calming location with Views over Regents canal.

An opportunity now exists for an experienced Architectural Assistant (Part 2) with a passion for creative, high-end residential design to become a part of their collaborative and cohesive studio where members of the team are empowered with the freedom to act and take decisions independently within their role of a project.

The ideal Architectural Assistant will have minimum 1 year experience post Masters to focus on from RIBA stages 0-4.

The role will see the Architectural Assistant act as a Design & Planning specialist, will have strong 3D abilities and have a keen interest in current and emerging trends, new materials furnishings and lighting solutions.

We are looking for an highly motivated individual, with a strong and authoritative attitude, combined with a flexible and collaborative approach towards clients, consultants, and the team internally.

Architectural Assistant Requirements:

Educated to Part 2 – Minimum 1 year post qualification experience
Experience delivering high-end residential projects – Desirable
Outstanding Design & space planning skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills and confident in a client liaising role
Outstanding organisational, time and people skills
Knowledge and understanding of BIM concepts and workflows
Strong ArchiCAD skills- Essential
Experience with UK Building Regulations
