Your day to day:

Check the feasibility of the project, work out the budgets, teams, and resources, and initiate the project
Keep projects on track and on budget by coordinating the project team.
Identify, lead, and motivate your project team from both internal and external stakeholders.
The understanding and management of the scope, deliverables, and compliance with the programme of active projects.
Assist the Creative team with planning, which includes setting goals and objectives, defining roles, and producing schedules and timelines for tasks, according to the business' needs.
Track the project's progress by monitoring and controlling activities. Identify and manage risks to ensure timely delivery.
Essential Knowledge / Skills and Experience:

Budget monitoring and control
Ability to motivate and lead your project team through strong interpersonal skills
Ability to manage expectations of customers and clients through effective negotiation
Ability to make decisions under pressure and use your initiative
It may also be necessary to have technical knowledge related to the project.
Ability to design using relevant software such as Adobe InDesign and Photoshop (preferred).
Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, etc.)
Essential skillset:

A Degree or equivalent professional qualification in a relevant subject is preferred but not essential
Project Coordinator experience within a similar or relevant industry
