Highly successful & award winning landscape design & Masterplanning practices seeks a BIM Technician to join a creative & friendly team in their Central London studio.

We are looking for an experienced & enthusiastic BIM Technician with proficiency in Lumion, Rhino, Revit & Adobe Suite, this fantastic opportunity is best suited to a 3D modeller with strong technical skills & a graphical flair. Ideally you will be highly experienced in the preparation of 3D visualisations using Rhino software for technical stages of design documentation and must demonstrate strong skills in cross disciplinary co-ordination, team leadership and a good understanding of REVIT.

Responsibilities of the role:

Use 3D landscape visualisation and modelling techniques to bring landscape designs to life through rendered images, perspectives and computer-generated imagery
Produce accurate Revit models with reliable BIM data according to the relevant BIM documentation (EIR/BEP), working closely with other members of the BIM team, Landscape Architects and Urban Designers
Manage large Revit models integrating multiple Architecture, Structures, MEP and infrastructures models, identifying clashes and design concerns.
Work collaboratively with the project design team in various projects improving the workflow between AutoCAD, Revit and other design packages
Support the advancement of our capabilities in clash detection, data management and maintaining project templates and standards

BIM Technician Requirements:

In-depth working knowledge of REVIT and BIM enabling applications
Experience with BIM Level 2 projects
An eye for architectural representation and ability to produce rendered imagery to communicate design intent to clients.
Experience in architectural visualisation & working in a design practice
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
Ability to work without supervision and proactively manage time and work commitments.
Excellent planning and organisation skills, & ability to work well under pressure and prioritise multiple requests and tasks
Ability to work independently and as part of a team;The successful BIM Technician can expect to receive a competitive salary (dependent on experience), likely to be in the range £35,000 to £45,000 with a wide range of staff benefits, flexi hours scheme & hybrid working from home model.
