Conrad Consulting, in partnership with an AJ100 Architectural Practice are currently recruiting for an Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2) to join their Wakefield studio at an exciting time.

Employing over 150 staff and being listed amongst the top AJ100 Practices in UK you will be joining an instantly recognisable brand with a strong reputation in the commercial fields. Their multiple award-winning portfolio consisting of both large and small scale projects includes Retail, Residential, Leisure, Hospitality, Commercial and distribution projects, all of the work undertaken is across the whole of the UK. There extensive list of clients includes national developers, main contractors and end users.

Typically, the project sectors you will encounter here are of as Commercial nature encompassing Retail, Office developments and industrial schemes. They are looking for a Part 2 Assistant to support various project teams and in the process gain some very valuable hands on experience.

We are looking for an Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2) to join this busy practice. You will receive the support and project experience required to become an Architect in the near future.

We would hope that applicants meet (most of) the following criteria:

* Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level.
* Minimum 6 months practical experience working in an Architectural environment.
* Have experience using one(or more) of the following softwares: AutoCAD, REVIT, Sketchup, ArchiCAD, Vetorworks.
* Previous knowledge/experience of Commercial or Residential projects would be advantageous.
* Have excellent communication skills.
* Knowledge/understanding of UK Building regulations.
* Full, clean driver's license would be advantageous.

Salary circa £25,000 – £27,000 per annum + Benefits.
