For this role you will need to be:
Activewear, sportswear or athleisure / jersey experienced
Experience with grading & workbooks
Daily supplier communication
A true team player with a collaborative ''can do' attitude
You will naturally want to help those around you on your own team but cross functionally too This role will involve:
Work with your product development and design team to ensure that your critical path is being managed along with your sample tracker
Own all fit processes from grading, workbook management & supplier communication
Ability to set up standardised blocks for best sellers
Be adaptable to a fast paced environment
Create new specs for initial samples, working closely with your wider team to bring newness into the business
Confident to review the supply base and capabilities, an ideal applicant may be able to introduce and onboard new suppliers
Manage test reports, quality checks, care labels and supplier manuals
