People Source Consulting have partnered with a growing XR technology company to hire a Product Designer. They are a highly ambitious and transformative XR creation platform company who are changing the way entertainment is consumed. They are already working with a number of high-profile music organisations & world-renowned artists and have recently received £3 million in funding which is being used to scale the business.
The Product Designer will conduct research, design prototypes, and work closely alongside the design and development teams to conceptualise and design audience interaction into their creation software. You will need to be passionate about product design and research, including being comfortable across all stages of the product development process.
Required Experience:
5+ years' experience delivering great design as an end-to-end Product Designer, with craft skills in visual and interaction design.
You have experience working in Agile product teams
You are a human-cantered design and inclusive advocate with methodologies to help your entire team create simple, elegant and impactful solutions for as many people as possible.
You've led and contributed to exploratory design research and discovery projects to help identity problems and potential opportunities.
Able to create impactful and creative design artifacts that are necessary from rough sketches, journey maps to high fidelity prototypes
Fluent in Figma, Miro, and prototyping tools such as Principle or FramerThis is a great opportunity to join a scaling, global transformative company.
