Stockroom Assistant, Luxury Menswear
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £22000/annum
Our client is a British heritage brand known for its distinctive blend of classic and contemporary loungewear.
Founded in 1865 in Eton, the brand built its reputation as a gentleman's outfitters, working with the very best in British mills, weavers and tailors.
The brand has four stores, London's Jermyn Street, Eton's High Street and New York's Lexington Avenue, and has recently opened up a pop-up location on Marylebone's Chiltern Street.
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
Maintain the stock inventory in a perfect condition ensuring an efficient and logical organization of the stockroom
Process deliveries accurately upon arrival, checking quantities, barcoding against delivery documents
Regularly monitor and review of standards in the stockroom to ensure stock visibility and easy access
Accurately pick and dispatch of e-com orders quickly while keeping presentation of products shipped to highest standard and according to brand standards
Minimize stock loss or damage by continuously improving stock allocation
Assist stock allocation process between stores and co-ordinate stock transfers internally and to third parties
Maintain a tidy stockroom in line with company standard
Assist in yearly stocktakesSKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
At least 2 years of experience in a stock department
Strong sense of organization, problem solving and priorities management
Excellent interpersonal skills
Adequate IT knowledge and skills
