I am working with a leading creative agency who are looking for an experienced Integrated Project Manager to join an exciting new account, with a focus on creative production across EMEA.

You will be responsible for the daily management of OOH, Digital, press and Social content production. As part of your role, you will deliver project resourcing and planning to ensure projects are delivered in a timely fashion
As an Integrated Project Manager you will be responsible for receiving and responding to client briefs and providing cost estimations as well as timing updates for deliveries. You will gather a clear understanding of the brief to liaise with the designers and wider teams.
This role requires a clear understanding of end-to-end production processes, so it is important you have experience with ATL content production.

You will work closely with the client and creative agency to ensure content is produced to the highest quality, on time and in budget, whilst building and maintaining trusted relationships with the client, creative and media agencies.

What you'll do as an Integrated Project Manager:

Proactively keep in touch with clients to report on project position, offering precise management of all client invoicing and project cost tracking
Display a detailed understanding of the client's brand identity, tone and content and assets
Manage client expectation, proposing solutions to challenges that may arise throughout the project
Manage internal resourcing and display end to end internal project management, including project booking, resource booking, financial management and billing
Communicate efficiently with the Account Director as well as working closely with other project managers in the team, driving awareness of projects you are managing, and the content being produced
Manage the WIP and ensure project information is entered and managed correctly as well as communicating any changes to the Account Director
Make sure all client billing is delivered in a timely fashion and against the correct information
Ensure end-to-end financial control of projects is in place
Perform regular performance and finance reporting

What you'll bring as an Integrated Project Manager:

Experience working across ATL campaigns (Digital, Social and Print media) – TV and Radio is also preferable but not essential
Fantastic client servicing skills with a background in building good relationships with clients
Passion and understanding of marketing production with experience in all media asset production
Experience working in or closely with creative agencies as well as experience with post-production
Strong track record of building close client relationships
Confident people manager
