The Company:

My client are a leading provider of Signage and Large Format Print in Liverpool who are looking to expand their Client Services team, by bringing in a Project Manager. The successful candidate will predominantly be responsible for managing large scale and fast roll out programmes.

The position:

To oversee the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific short/long term projects/contracts which has a beginning, an end and specified deliverables. You will be responsible for providing innovative and strategic sourcing strategies including indirect spend, vendor due diligence, risk assessment and supplier quality management. You will negotiate, develop and oversee contracts. 

Responsibilities:

Delivery of designated Signage projects, on time, to specification and budget

Managing various accounts within the company and upselling/cross selling targeted on growth of accounts

Preparing quotations, liaising and scheduling with the design, production and installation departments

Managing budgets effectively, maximizing opportunities to maintain/improve margin

Managing relationships with internal customers and suppliers

Oversea the job process to ensure all specification detail is correct ad that all departments are briefed and clear on expectations

Acting as the direct client contact, whilst effectively communicating between departments
