Fantastic opportunity now exists for a talented & enthusiastic Project Architect with Industrial & Logistics experience to join a busy studio based in Camden, London.

With experience spanning six decades, the small/medium practice has been polishing its expertise in Education, Tourism, Healthcare and retail to name but a few. The four UK offices collaborate to evaluate and understand client needs before creative ideas to projects of all sizes. The successful Project Architect will be confident in a job – running role, have excellent design and presentation skills and will posses sound technical knowledge. Being the lead on medium to large logistics & industrial projects, this role is offered with great autonomy and ability to work independently or with a small team.

The Project Architect: should be able to demonstrate the following key responsibilities:

Production of relevant drawings and Design and Access Statements for planning applications and technical information for tender packages
Leading the project through the delivery stages
Attendance of project meetings with client and other consultants.
Lead presentations to client team, pre-application meetings and other stakeholders.
Manage the internal project team
Liaising with client and other consultants
Ensure drawings comply with statutory regulations and relevant local design standards

Essential criteria:

ARB / RIBA affiliated fully qualified Architect
Proven ability of running medium to large Industrial and Logistics projects within the UK across all RIBA work stages
Experience of detailing complex buildings and ability to produce comprehensive working drawing packages
Software: Proficient in the use of REVIT, AutoCAD, PhotoShop & Indesign
Excellent knowledge of the current Building Regulations
A minimum of 3-5 years UK based experience as a fully qualified Architect in an architectural practice

A highly attractive salary would be on offer likely to be circa £45,000 per annum plus other exciting benefits
