Logistics Coordinator

I am proud to announce that we are partnering up with a luxury women's fashion company with a flagship UK store in London and others across Asia, as well as selling their products across 350 of the world's top retailers including Harrods, Selfridges and Lane Crawford. Our client provides their customers with a great range of unique and fashionable options from casual to formal ware. Their approach to fashion is circled around sustainability with their 100% recyclable packages and a strict policy about animal welfare and commitment to change the dynamic of the clothing industry by creating their own special fabrics, with certified organic cotton, in order to heavily drop wastage and pollution thanks to a specific way of cleaning and production.
The company has recently purchased a new brand and are in the process of onboarding a team to manage this. Our client is looking for a bright and motivated Logistics Coordinator who enjoys fashion and can bring innovation to the company. The role is based 5 days in the office in beautiful Central London where you will be able to collaborate not only with the wider team but also with designers, the commercial team and other departments
Role and responsibilities:
Coordinate shipping wholesale orders cross territories (1-2 warehouses) while managing the warehouse wholesalers.
Responsible for import/export documentations and all the relevant documentations
Organise customs and accountable for returns and product uploads
Oversee the stock and ensure that orders arrive on time and in full
Manage the inbound and outbound shipments from factories to international warehouses and then outbound to wholesale customers worldwide
Key skills & experience required:
Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position within shipping/logistics
Highly organised with a high attention to details.
Customs/import/export experience.
Retail or fashion background
Able to work in a team and on its own.
Strong experience in Excel (desired in Zedonk and/or Joor)
