We are recruiting on behalf of one of the most established and highly-respected Architectural studios in the country. They have a presence across the UK with established studios in London and Manchester, with the Manchester office being home to over 60 established Architectural professionals. They employ more Architects than Technicians and Technical staff. Senior Architects are given the autonomy to run their own projects with assistance from Associate level Architects and a small project team including Architectural Assistants. If offered a position to join this studio it will be done with one or two specific projects in mind and they will try, where possible to tailor their offer to your specific requirements. If you are more interested in Education, Commercial or Residential Architect they will try to find a project to accommodate you.

This practice have an excellent track record of developing and enhancing their Architectural team to become the leaders of the future. Employees here have gone on to do wonderful things, with many of them part of the senior management team now. They can offer guidance, mentorship and the inside track on how to progress through to Associate-level in a reasonably short period of time.

We are looking for a Senior Architect that meets the following criteria:

ARB/RIBA qualified Architect – Minimum of 5 years post-qualification.
Job-running experience and proven ability working in a "Senior" role.
Excellent design capabilities evidenced in a portfolio.
Project experience including one (or more) of the following sectors: Residential, Commercial, Education.
REVIT proficiency would be beneficial but training can be provided.
Excellent communication skills: Visual, Verbal, Written.
Good knowledge of "buildability" and what makes good design.
