An award winning, international architectural practice are on the lookout for an experienced and highly motivated Architectural Technologist/ BIM Co-ordinator to join a busy London office.

Due to a period of growth and an increasing workload, the Architectural Practice require a Architectural Technologist/ BIM Co-ordinator to join their outstanding team. You will be an ambitious BIM Co-Ordinator and have an aspiration to become the BIM champion of the office, REVIT project co-ordination and team support. Ideally with 5+ years with experience of working at all project stages you will be working closely alongside other consultants to prepare and coordinate construction packages including technical drawings, schedules, specifications and external consultants. Crucially you will be comfortable at leading the detailed design process and coordinating design information, carrying out risk assessments and assisting project teams in BIM project set up & Co-ordination.

To be considered for the role of Technologist/BIM Co-Ordinator we would hope applicants meet the following criteria:

Relevant Architectural Technology degree
5+years experience across RIBA stages 1-5
At least 2 years experience within an UK architectural practice
Excellent technical & detailing skills & Proven track record in delivering projects to a high technical standard
Ability to take responsibility, meet project deadlines, and work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
In-depth knowledge of UK building regulations and construction methods
Advanced knowledge of Revit and Navisworks (REVIT Test will be carried out)
Experience of other software including, but not limited to: Enscape, Dynamo, BIM 360, TestFit, FormIT and other computational design software
Detailed understanding of the core BIM principles and delivery including the UK BIM framework
Excellent verbal, written and drawn communication and presentation skills
Ability to create efficient cross-application workflows

The Salary for the Architectural Technologist / BIM Co-ordinator is dependent on experience + benefits as listed below. Hybrid working options are available.
