Office Angels Livingston are collaborating with an exciting market leader in corporate clothing to recruit for a Permanent Marketing Coordinator. The role is perfect for someone who has a proven track working in a similar Marketing support role. The successful applicant will be well organised, meticulous with an eye for detail and able to work as part of a team and on their own initiative with minimum supervision. The company have a flexible home/office working model, the office in Livingston, West Lothian with depending on workload therefore you must be open to both office and remote working. Office hours 9am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday, salary £25,000 depending on experience.

Role Overview

This well-established company is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to fully support the Marketing Manager, Brand Manager and wider team with all Marketing objectives. The successful candidate will be creative, pro active with a keen eye for detail. Main responsibilities:

Ability to develop and post e-blasts and social media posts
Maintaining all social media for all brands to include Instagram, Twitter and Facebook
Explore the opportunities across other platforms, such as LinkedIn
Update of web site to include new features, special features and advertising campaigns
Liaise on the maintenance of websites for all brands in conjunction with Matrix content management system
Regular liaison with trade magazine companies in UK and Europe
Developing the adverts for all trade press and distributors marketing campaigns
Copy writing for all features and news bulletins in conjunction with team
Maintain and manage Marketing Calendars in conjunction with team
Maintain critical paths for all ongoing projects in conjunction with team
Liaise with internal teams and relevant external contacts for all ongoing projects
Assist in the yearly planning and execution of marketing campaigns to include imagery, design concepts and briefs with the Marketing Manager and other teams
Assist in the issue of marketing brief to all relevant parties
Regular liaison with various design houses for approval of advertising and marketing campaigns with the Marketing Manager
Assist in the management of all print jobs to include quotations, booking production and meeting target dates with the Marketing Manager
Support marketing function to deliver accurate product information and drive consumer benefit messages
Manage all aspects of the planning of trade shows to include stand design, travel, accommodation, entertainment and marketing materials in conjunction with the team
Attend shows where required
Liaise with Marketing Manager and teams on all aspects of the yearly brochure to include layout, imagery, page planning and paper stock
Assist in the planning and booking of photo shoots to include model selection, travel, and accommodation
Assist in the styling of photo shoots
Attend photo shoots where required
General filing and record keeping
Maintaining marketing material stock both in the office and with operations at the warehouse
General brand pod area and cupboard organisation and tidinessExperience and Attributes required:

Degree in Marketing and or Marketing experience
Artwork experience
Multimedia experience
Proficient in use of Adobe Creative suite (Illustrator, Photoshop & InDesign)
Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications
Website build and management
Experience in above the line and below the line advertising
Design flair
Strong eye for detail
