Salary : £65000 – £80000/annum Plus Substantial Bonus
Our client are an important design and manufacturing company that specialise in niche interior fitout work for the high-end Hotel and Hospitality Sector.
They design and supply bespoke fittings for the finest hotels, restaurants and top-end private residences in the UK, with a growing presence in Europe and the Middle-East. Our client are usually involved with their clients at the early stages of a hotel build project, working to design and manufacture crucial fittings which define the very nature of the hotel interior, and the hotel customer experience.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who comes from a design or creative background, ideally with some experience of working with designers, consultants and contractors building hotel or hospitality buildings. You might for example come from a furniture, flooring, lighting, or joinery background, to name a few, provided you have some exposure to marketing these things in the hospitality sector. Crucially, our client is looking for someone who understands great design, and can passionately see how great design can really add to the whole feel of the interior of a building.
Our client is involved at the early stages of projects, and this role will involve liaison with consultants, buyers, main contractors, and the client themselves.
Our client are based in the home counties just to the North of London however will allow total home-working if preferred. Their only key location requirement is that the Business Development Manager can visit their clients easily in Central London.
