Client Services Project Manager
An exciting chance for a German speaking Client Services Account Manager to join an established, and genuinely exciting company where you will be responsible for the end-to-end management and delivery of product launches across packaging artwork and other printed materials. You will be working from London while servicing the companies' key clients in Hamburg and Munich.
Main Responsibilities
Establish, build, and maintain relationships with key clients
Forecast and plan projects
Prepare straight forward internal briefs, forecasting potential issues that may arise
Responsible for ensuring end-to-end service to customers is being met
Ensure robust and timely solutions are developed to meet the needs of customers
Oversee the budget of all projects
Take control of the whole process from design through to print
Person Specification
Fluent (to native level) verbal and written German and English essential
1+ years of work experience in the Artwork localisation industry
Quality control with a keen eye for detail
Applied knowledge of Design for Print, Print, Reproduction systems and graphical applications essential
