Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular boutique business, a lovely brand within retail and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Care Advisor in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire to join their team. This is a full time and permanent role. Flexibility to work in the office and from home, a mix of both.
To work 1 Saturday in 3. 5 days a week, if you work a Saturday, you get 1 day off in lieu.
There are 2 full time opportunities and 1 part time role.

What's involved?
Due to continued expansion, my client are looking for people who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience to our loyal customers.
Our Customer Care Advisors play a key role in delivering our customer care objectives and ensuring the brand surpassed customer expectations. This is a fast- paced, varied role where you will communicate with customers across all channels including telephone, email, live chat & social media, to provide a unique and personal service.
We'd consider both part time & full-time candidates on a permanent or temporary basis, so please specify your availability when you apply. We would consider flexible working arrangements, with some remote working.

You must have proven experience working in a customer- facing role, whether that be office-based or face-to-face experience
You will have a confident and comfortable telephone manner and demonstrate excellent communication skills- written & verbal
You must be confident working in a fast-paced environment
You will be brilliantly organised and a great multi-tasker who is confident to manage multiple tasks at one time whilst retaining a high attention to detailYOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Delivering exceptional customer care at all times
Ensuring that a bespoke and personal service is provided to every customer to meet their needs
Responding to customer queries within our agreed response time
Handling customer queries across different platforms, including live chat, phone calls, email and social media
Building relationships with customers and using initiative when dealing with queries
Liaising with the warehouse team and couriers to resolve any order issues
