Are you an experienced Architect seeking a new opportunity within a prominent Architectural Practice? Look no further!
We are seeking an Architect to join an award-winning, RIBA Chartered, multi-disciplinary Architectural practice that is located in Oxford City Centre. This prominent Architectural practice employs over 40 members of staff and is on the lookout for an Architect that has a keen eye for design quality.
The RIBA practice has a strong focus on outstanding customer service, and work on a variety of different projects including education and healthcare and create building for all kinds of people and organisations. They pride themselves in creating environments for all kinds of purposes, from work, learning, healing, for rest, play or worship! People are always at the heart of the spaces they design.
As part of their customer-focused service, they guarantee that one of their Partner Architects is responsible for every project and manages the team from inception to final certificate.
Over the years, the Architectural Practice has received many awards for the outstanding buildings they have created. The results of a number of their creations have helped change history and you will even recognize some of their Architectural designs and notable designs/projects.
As an Architect, you will be expected to have a competent understanding of all RIBA Stages and be able to carry out technical stages when required. AutoCAD experience and knowledge is required, and preferably, you will have some Revit experience too. You will also be expected to have the ability to liaise with different contractors and clients. The ideal candidate will be local to Oxford City Centre.
The position: Architect
* Confident in liaising with clients
* Work across all RIBA stages
* Able to manage projects
* AutoCAD is essential and Revit will be beneficial
* Competent on particular stages of 4 – 5 – able to carry out technical stages when required.
The salary for this position is £30K – £40K (DOE).
