THE COMPANY:

We are recruiting on behalf of a hugely successful ladies fashion business in Manchester who is looking to expand their operation by recruiting an E-Commerce Coordaintor / Ecommerce Coordinator. This is an exciting time for the business as they continue enjoy a significant uplift in sales and as a result, they are ahead of their financial projections for this year.

This is the perfect opportunity for an individual who is passionate about fashion and has good ecommerce experience.

THE ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR POSITION:

Working within a busy office based environment
Responsible for building, maintaining and updating all online sales channels including own ecommerce website, amazon, ebay, social channels and other fast fashion partners such as BooHoo
Taking product photographs of models wearing the products and using photoshop to re-touch images for online usage
Adding product images to the website, creating product descriptions and adding pricing
Promoting products via social media channels including instagram amongst others
Liaising with Amazon fulfilment help desk to resolve outstanding delivery issues
Monitoring and updating the online stock inventory system across all product channels
Working closely with the directors to drive traffic to the website and other channels using effective marketing campaigns and influencers to drive sales
Monitoring all sales channels to ensure that they are operating effectively and making changes to the product pricing, descriptions and imagery to increase salesTHE ECOMMERCE COORDINATOR PERSON:

Experience of working within an ecommerce role managing a shop based website
Must have experience of managing a CMS (Content Management System) and an inventory management tool
Ability to take quality take quality photographs and able to use photoshop to retouch/crop
Able to write good quality product descriptions and have a great attention to detail
Good computer skills and able to pick up new systems quickly
Experience of working within the fashion industry is not essential but an interest in fashion is particular important
Experience of using Shopify (CMS) or similar AND LinnWorks (Inventory Management Software) or similar, would be a significant advantage
