Due to an expanding workload our client, a small family run boutique Practice on the outskirts of Leeds are currently recruiting for an experienced Architectural Technologist

This firm are an ambitious design led practice who work across various design sectors including mixed use developments, residential (both private and commercial), industrial and commercial.

We are looking for an ambitious & talented Architectural Technologist who has a keen eye for technical detailing to join the team of six on a permanent basis, suitable applicants will help run a number of exciting projects at various work stages, from initial concept design through to completion.

To be considered for this role candidates must have at least 2-3 experience, be able to produce detailed Construction Drawing Packages, have a good understanding of Building Regulations and Planning approvals. REVIT is the primary software used within the practice, a good working knowledge of REVIT / BIM would be extremely advantageous but training can be provided if necessary. The ideal Architectural Technologist will either be degree qualified or have come via a work experienced apprenticeship route.

This represents a significant opportunity for anyone looking to join a practice in the early stages of the expansion plans. Salary depending on experience up to £28,000 per annum + benefits.
