Conrad are pleased to be working with an excellent design Studio located in an idyllic north Leeds rural setting, that require a talented Part 2 Architectural Assistant to join their highly motivated Architectural delivery Team.

Our client deliver bespoke solutions within the Residential sector predominantly, typically their projects are of a high end nature with several designs on the drawing board currently which are several million pounds in value. The practice are robust business and medium sized in terms of headcount with an incredibly low staff turnover, culturally they offer a very attractive working environment and have some very nice people in the business. They have also recently benefited from re-locating to a contemporary open plan studio set in the grounds of a rural estate.

Requirements of the Part 2 Architectural Assistant include:

* RIBA Part 2 Qualified (UK recognised qualifications)
* Approximately 1-2 years of post Part 2 experience (desirable)
* Knowledge of both AutoCAD and Sketchup.
* Strong conceptual design and presentation skills
* Ability and confidence to work autonomously, and as part of an enthusiastic design team.
* Excellent organisation & technical ability
* Keen interest in the technical aspects of the preparation of specification writing, detailed design and construction drawings

Salary offered is between £25,000 – £27,000 dependant on current experience level, alongside a competitive benefits package.
