Salary : £35000/annum

Ambitious recently qualified Architect is required to join a progressive medium sized commercial Architectural Practice based in Islington, North London.

This is a truly exciting time to join our long standing client, with their 20 strong team and their ambitious growth plans towards a place in the acclaimed AJ100 continues to gather pace. They have recently been awarded an acclaimed Investors in People gold award and by offering their people the very best of flexible working hours and a working from home policy, they nail the balance when it comes to a positive work life balance.

The business also has an established Leeds Studio allowing them to deliver various High Profile contemporary Projects across the whole of the UK, their current portfolio consists of Mixed Use Residential High Rises, Commercial Workplace Refurbishments, New Build Residential, Healthcare and Leisure projects.

They are now looking to add to the team a recently qualified Architect to assist in the successful delivery of various Commercial fit out & Care Homes projects, these are mainly office to residential conversion and refurbishments of existing workplace buildings and the care homes are of a new build nature. They are also very busy in more traditional Residential markets and have recently been given instruction to undertake various regeneration & development schemes.

Requirements of the Part 3 Architect for this role include the following:

Master's degree in Architectural studies – Essential
Excellent visual, written & spoken presentation skills to contribute to high quality documentation
UK experience – Essential
Able to work as part of a team and autonomously
Comfortable under pressure to meet deadline
Working knowledge of REVIT
Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and the Planning / Building Regulations application process
Ideally worked on all RIBA stages from conception to completion
