The Brand

After immense growth in international territories, they are now expanding the team and looking for their next Ecommerce Trading Manager.

After launching successfully in 2008 and launching a sister brand in 2015 specialising in home accessories the two sister brands have skyrocketed in multiple markets and countries due to its beautifully crafted designs and visually beautiful items.

The Role

As the newly appointed Ecommerce Trade Manager you will take the strategic lead in formulating the sites day-to-day category trading plans while managing promotional landing pages.

Main responsibilities include:

Responsible for implementing and maintaining analytical reporting through tools and analysis, continuously reporting on progress
Managing day-to-day trading and optimisation of sites and KPI's.
Liaising with the Head of sale to plot targets and brief team to ensure site is ready and set to exceed targets.
Managing the wider trade calendar to ensure all categories and products are fully optimised, continuously improving to ensure customer journey is seamless throughout.
Collaborating with key stakeholders within the business, leading the delivery of all on-site promotions, launches and content activity.
Delegating workload, professionally upskilling and inspiring one direct report in their professional career through continuous development.
Communication with Merchandising team on stock levels, site analysis to maximise sales, margin and cover
Ensuring brand tone of voice is synonymous throughout all customer touch points and site up to date reflecting stock levels.The person

As the newly appointed Ecommerce Trading Manager you will have demonstrable experience of platforms such as Google Analytics, Hot Jar, Data Studio with strong excel knowledge. You will have a proven track record of managing processes to deliver a best-in-class customer experience coming from a fashion, Cosmetic or Jewellery background (other sectors may be considered). You will be a self-starter go-getter who is not afraid to bring ideas to table with excellent ecommerce experience in consumer goods and comfortable managing a team who is an inspiring leader and confident communicator able to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
