Architectural Assistant (RIBA Part 2)

Salary : £24000 – £28000/annum
Architectural Assistant required to join a busy multi-disciplinary consultancy in Cumbria in a full-time role.
We are assisting well-known company in Cumbria in their bid to recruit an experience and ambitious Architectural Assistant to work on an exciting blend of Architectural projects across the Cumbria region. The successful candidate here will be given support, management and most important the right project experience to successful complete Part 3 studies in the coming year or so.
Typically, projects you will encounter here will be within the Education and Commercial sectors, with the occasional foray into other areas. The company have earned a stellar reputation across the North of England and are continuing to expand their client base in Cumbria, hence their current requirement for additional staff.
The Part 2 Assistant we are looking for should meet [most of] the following criteria:
Degree Qualified to RIBA Part 2 level.
Minimum of 1 years working experience in either a practice, developer or consultancy.
Knowledge/experience with one (minimum) of the following software packages: REVIT, AutoCAD, Microstation.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Well presented and able to demonstrate ideas coherently.
Previous experience working within either the Residential, Commercial or Education sector would be beneficial.
Experience on-site would be beneficial.
