This award winning Architectural Practice provide a full range of design and technical services within the residential sector. They focus primarily on medium/large scale schemes of between 50 – 100 units and this tends to be about a 50/50 split between planning / working drawings. As a result of continued expansion, they are now looking for an additional Architectural / Revit Technician to join their vibrant Gloucestershire office. In this role you will be mainly involved from Stage 4 onwards including producing tender packages, building reg drawings and construction drawings. The company are committed to developing their own workforce therefore offer lots of additional training and support as well as excellent scope for progression into senior level roles. This is a varied and challenging role and would ideally suit an Architectural Technician with a sound knowledge of Revit looking for to work for a friendly company with exciting plans for the future.
The Role: * Revit Technician * Residential projects – typically medium/large scale schemes between 50 – 100 units * Involved in Stage 4 onwards * Preparing tender packages, building reg drawings, construction drawings * Lots of training and development on offer * Huge scope for career progression The Person: * Experience working in Stage 4 onwards * Knowledge of Revit * Ability to manage own workload to deliver successful technical packages * Excellent salary, benefits, development, training and bonuses on offer.
