AutoCAD Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £30000/annum

Duties:
Produce designs from client supplied architectural drawings, using AutoCAD software.
Prepare preliminary drawing packs for approval.
Liaise with other design team members.
Prepare construction issue drawing packs.
Prepare fabrication drawings.
Generate cutting lists.
Provide technical support to factory and site workers, clients and developers.
Experience:
Must have previous structural design experience and the ability to work from diagrams/plans to produce manufacturing drawings. Previous design experience within the construction industry including knowledge of building regulations is preferred.
Must have a good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
Computer literacy on HSB is an advantage ( however training can be given if required).
Must have excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, communication skills and the ability to work well on own initiative, as well as part of a team, to deadlines.
Salary: £25 – 30,000 per annum, dependent upon experience.
