A vibrant and growing design agency based in Wick are looking to take on a Junior Designer to join their team. Established for over 20 years, this company have big plans in the pipeline and as a designer you could be a part of it all. Over the years, this agency have evolved their service to produce captivating and functional branding and packaging for the likes of Kenco, Lidl and Nivea. They are currently a team of 12 that aspire to grow year upon year, furthering the development of your skills along the way.
The ideal candidate will have up to a couple years experience working in a design studio environment and will be able to show an ability to produce original creative ideas. They won’t necessarily have worked in a branding and packaging environment but will be able to demonstrate an adaptable and transferrable skillset. The right candidate will preferably have some experience designing for print.
The role will require you to be able to work independently as well as part of a wider team, listening and cooperating with the rest of your fellow designers. Your work will be implemented across various branded packaging for an array of well known FMCGs and will adhere to the guidelines of brands and suppliers. You will have to be proficient in Adobe suite.
