DB Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Project Manager / Estimator to work on projects in the East Midlands / Yorkshire but also willing to travel where the work is required.

Project Manager / QS
Experience of working with design teams.
Will need project management, estimating and valuation experience.
Someone who has additional facilities management experience would be a bonus too!
Lots of our work is in the east mids/Yorkshire but will also need to be willing to travel further as a few of our clients have offices up and down the country.
The role will include;
Initial site visits to scope out new opportunities, to then create the quotations and follow the project through all the way to delivery and aftercare. The role will be working closely with myself and our designer at pre construction stage and then to lead the delivery with Joe’s support in the background.
They will also need to complete the monthly variations and work with the client and their finance team to keep cash flow stable.
