Architectural Technician

We are currently recruiting for an Architectural Technician to join a growing architectural practice based in Leigh.
Due to continuous growth, the practice of 13 is now looking to take on Architectural Technician to support their growing technical and design team along with a few other positions.
The company has onsite parking and fantastic views over the Mariana. Overall, as a business, they have plans to grow to 19 staff within the next year and they are starting to push Revit further with 6 staff currently undertaking Revit training.
Within the practice, their main clients are bespoke and national housing developers based across the country.
This company predominantly works within the developer-led residential sector and service some of the markets leading business across the UK. Their projects range in scale from several hundred units up to 2000+ complex schemes.
The role as the Architectural Technician will involve working on both planning and technical aspects of projects, developing house types, block plans, elevations, and detailed drawings. The position will also see you prepare layouts, drawings, and preliminary sketches. AutoCAD and Sketchup is used in the practice, and it would be advantageous to have experience with these programs.
