Technical Contractors – 6+ month contracts (Outside IR35)

A medium-sized architectural studio located in South-East London is on the market for multiple architects and technologist to join its build-to-rent specialist residential team.
Our client is offering contractors 6 month assignments with the strong potential for extensions (or perm offers if of interest).
This studio has carved out a reputation as market leaders within the residential sector through the successful delivery of sustainable communities and development solutions. This is an amazing opportunity to work with some of the UK's leading developers, delivering high profile projects across London!
The successful candidates will be able to demonstrate the proven ability to produce technical packages in Revit. Package leaders with facades, shell and core or interior packages delivery experience will be invited in for interview ASAP. It is essential that applicants have worked at RIBA stages 4 + 5, with excellent working knowledge of Revit and ideally available immediately.
