Kitchen and Bathroom Designer
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £20000 – £50000/annum
Simon Acres Recruitment are currently searching for an experienced and sales driven Kitchen and Bathroom Sales Manager in the Basingstoke area for our growing client. This is a permanent position paying up to £20,000 per annum + commission.
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate:
Design and sale of bespoke Kitchens and Bathrooms
The ability to hold consultations with prospective and existing clients
Carrying out site surveys of the customers property
Entertaining clients in the showroom
Liaising with the fitting team and management team to ensure smooth operation of sold projects
Key responsibilities:
Fusion 2020 experience preferred
Experience of working with bespoke kitchens and bathrooms or those of a similar nature
Punctual and well-presented wearing company shirt paired with your own chinos or smart trousers and shoes
Time management skills to work efficiently to meet deadlines
Experienced individual who can create inspirational kitchen and bathroom designs using CAD software
Excellent written and verbal skills are essential to enhance customer service and customer satisfaction
Attention to detail and experience of working with clients requiring high specification products
Proven track record of working with KBB sales processes to set and exceed KPI’s.
Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle
Flexibility to be able to work as part of a small team and drive department and product development
