A leading housing association in London is recruiting for a Senior Content Designer to join them on their exciting journey of growing their in-house design team.
What will you be doing in this role?
Collaborate with UX Designers and Product Managers to conduct research to identify users' content needs
Evaluate the effectiveness of content by carrying out data analysis and user testing to learn and iterate
You will be the sole content designer in the team in-house, so you will support other content creators as the point of contact and source of ways to improve existing processes
As the Senior Content Designer you will take ownership of all digital product content planning and be responsible for maintaining the quality and consistency of that content
With clear, concise, and useful UX copy
Partner with stakeholders within the business, providing clear guidelines and resources to support them creating new content, updating content, and carrying out content audits
You will also be responsible for planning the end-to-end digital content journey of services by creating content maps, user-centred flows, and content inventories What do you need to apply to this role?
Minimum of 2 years' experience within Content Design or Content Strategy
Experienced at making evidence-based decisions by analysing website data and carrying out user research and testing to discover useful insights
Experienced at establishing and iterating content frameworks, content maps, user-centred flows and content inventories. Create metadata frameworks for grouping and tagging content.
Experienced at developing strong stakeholder relationshipsIf you have experience working within the housing or public services sector your application will be highly regarded
