Salary : £30000 – £35000/annum Flexible working + Bonus + Car Allow
Layout Designer required to join a busy Housebuilder in Leeds as they continue to expand their office in order to manage an increasing demand for their high-quality Residential product.
This successful business have gone from strength to strength in recent years. Their in-house design and development team has grown significantly and they are continuously looking to add experienced professionals to the core group. They employ Architects, planners, Site managers, Sales coordinators and various professionals from a diverse background. Their modern office in North Leeds is a busy environment where people can thrive. They have a flexible approach to working hours with all team members benefiting from the option to work from home when required.
Typically their projects can be seen dotted throughout Yorkshire. With predicted expansion plans for the coming years there will be further growth into other regions across the North of England. The successful Layout Designer will be assisting the team with development of these new, large-scale developments. The role will encompass the preparation of detailed technical information alongside design & planning reports. This company have established an excellent reputation and their branding is unique. They are looking for this Layout Designer to further the reputation of the company through the continued enhancement of their Residential product.
We are hoping for candidates to meet the following criteria:
Degree Qualification preferred – Architectural, Urban Design or similar.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
Proficiency in the following software: AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketchup.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge/experience of UK building regulations.
