My client is looking for a Technical Support Manager to join the team based in Poole. They are one of the UK's leading providers of waterproofing solutions, specialising flat roofing, but offering systems to meet most building applications including; car park decks, basements and foundations.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Offer technical advice to specifiers, contractors and in house staff as required
-To produce CAD detail drawings, relevant calculations as requested and to maintain the CAD systems to meet current & projected requirements.
-To remain up to date with all technical aspects on the company's products and services.
-To be familiar with pertinent regulations concerning the use of the company's products.
-To represent the company at technical meetings and seminars as required.
-To routinely update and maintain the drawing, maintenance and installation manuals and material safety data sheets.
-Work with the office administrator to develop, organise and maintain the technical library
-To be familiar with and implement the company quality policy and procedures.
-To undertake training as required to develop and maintain personal skills to fulfil the above to the required standards.
-Any other tasks which may be reasonably requested or determined in accordance with the employee handbook.
