Full time roll – Part II Architectural Assistant
A great business working in various sectors of the construction industry from small projects to multi-faceted large scale commercial commissions.
Due to a continuous and strong pipeline of work a role has been created for a skilled and self-motivated Part II Assistant looking to develop their career to the next level. You will work closely with the Project Architect to manage design and construction projects together with distribution of work. You will be supported in progressing to a full Architect over the coming years!
Role & Responsibilities
With a mix of project types, varying in size and complexity, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in all sectors as resource and needs of the practise require. The below skill sets will be considered at the interview stage.
Required Skills & Experience
Currently working at Part II level
Suitable Qualifications in Architecture and Design, Masters or equivalent
Experience in all construction methods
Excellent written and spoken English
Fluency in AutoCAD
Revit and Sketch up skills would be of advantage
Attention to detail and technical ability
Time management
Good communication and co-ordination skills
