This is an exciting opportunity for an aspiring Creative Artworker to join a lovely creative communications agency, working on a range of B2E communications for well-known brands. If you have 1-3 years' experience with amending existing layouts for print and digital and consider yourself a good organiser with excellent attention to detail, this could be a brilliant opportunity to develop and grow alongside talented industry professionals. The agency is based in Warwickshire, they offer flexible working and a fantastic working culture, the salary is £24k-£26k depending on experience.

The Role
As Creative Artworker you will work closely with Senior Designers, taking their art direction to apply concepts to print and digital layouts including brochure style documents, web pages social media content. You will keep a close eye on the detail and accuracy of the content and follow strict brand guidelines to ensure all comms are on-brand. Your day-to-day will see you handling numerous copy and layout amends which you will track and manage. You will also assist the team with the creation of proposals and PowerPoint presentations.
About You
You have 1-3 years' experience in an agency style environment, working on various creative artwork projects and working with brand guidelines. Whilst you will spend some time at the office with the design team of 5, you feel happy about learning the job remotely and happy to communicate virtually. You genuinely love your work and consider yourself a team player, always positive with a huge passion for learning and sharing your industry knowledge. Your experience to date shows you have good knowledge of finalising artwork for print and digital (interactive PDFs), you are confident managing your own time and working to tight deadlines. You have strong knowledge of basic design principles and are skilled in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop, Microsoft Word and PowerPoint.
