Creative Specialist – Event Agency
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Salary : £25000 – £35000/annum
Prospero are working with a successful Event Agency who are looking for a proven creative to join their team.
You MUST have a minimum of two years experience in a similar role working within a brand activation, integrated, experiential, events or other supplier/agency environment; evidenced by a strong portfolio with examples of relevant work, exhibiting strong design and creative skills.
* You must be very comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
* You have solid knowledge and experience in 2D/3D software (AutoCAD/Vector works and SketchUp/Enscape preferable) for design and visualisation.
* You have experience working creatively within brand or event style guidelines
* You have experience of designing for a range of event venues and sectors, working within venue constraints and guidelines
* It would be great if you’re able to produce beautiful hand drawings /sketches
Responsibilities
* Designing solutions for a wide range of events including space planning/floor plans, 3D visuals, artworking/graphics, moodboards, presentations and sourcing of furniture, dressing and props.
* Working with clients to suggest and deliver sustainable concepts
* Supportive and work willingly and conscientiously as part of a team, contributing ideas and concepts, moodboards and / or visuals to support a pitch response or activation
* Taking the ‘creative lead’ role on smaller events or for specific elements of larger projects, and ensuring the response is on-brand, innovative and delivered on time
* Taking on larger projects, working in tandem with the lead Creative or Account Manager, supporting them with bringing the event vision to life
* Liaising with colleagues across the company, our production suppliers and other third parties, from initial idea to final delivery, to ensure that concepts are technically feasible and achievable within budget
